DoorLoop integration gets full capabilities
- Last deploy, we laid the foundation for authenticating DoorLoop via API, and this deploy added full integration capabilities across listing sync and internal task creation and work orders, with options per handoff rule.
- Now, DoorLoop users can set up their integration and sync contacts, properties, listings, and push tasks and work orders.
Per-integration pull sync configurations
- Each data sync type we have per integration (properties, units, contacts, listings) can now be toggled on and off per integration from the Integrations Settings page.
- This allows users to select what data needs to sync per integration and limit or add access.
Customizable summaries for integration push events
- Now, push descriptions can be composed from their atomic elements:
- Summary (always included by default)
- Contact details
- Conversation transcript
- Call recording link
- This is currently available for work orders created with DoorLoop, Property Meld, and Yardi Breeze, with other integrations getting these settings soon.
- In addition, contact details information is now stripped down to only the necessary for sharing externally with vendors.
Public API enhancements
- We continue to expand upon our public API, with richer call data on public webhooks. 'session.completed' now includes the call and Twilio IDs so customers can tie a conversation back to a specific call, and 'call.processed' now includes the full transcript instead of just the summary.
- We've rolled out a bridge service for enterprise builds, allowing for separate deployment pipelines and custom business logic.
Internal analytics updates
- Partner analytics, such as with Showmojo, now have their own administrative dashboard across companies with breakdown by connected minutes, dial attempts, sequences started.
