Our founding team had a blast at IMN SFR Operations & AI. Our CEO, Lindsay Liu spoke on the panel around AI for Resident Experience. Some of our team's takeaways:

  • Right now, operators should focus on the low-hanging fruit. Around the corner, huge gains are coming, but there's plenty of wins to be found in everyday pain points — like solving the number one complaint, "I couldn't get somebody on the phone."
