Companies leveraging Super
PX Enterprises
Super first began working with Paul Xuereb at TriStar Equities, a management company with a portfolio of over 100 buildings. Since then, we've expanded our relationship to include Paul's clients at VPM NYC, a boutique condo management company, and PX Enterprises, Paul's family of real estate companies.
Each company utilizes Super's capabilities for its own, custom needs.
At TriStar Equities, they needed an after-hours emergency system that would help capture, triage, and escalate issues to a group of managers and superintendents, based on the portfolio. Super is the emergency line, and captures all inquiries to help filter, triage, and route—whether it's a routine maintenance issue that can be dealt with the next business day, an emergency that needs to be escalated right away, or an issue that's not even related to maintenance.
At VPM NYC, Super is the receptionist for all inbound calls, conducting intake for resident issues to notify the team about next steps and actions to take. Critically, their phone line receives heavy number of spam and solicitation calls, which Super filters out for the team—equating to 22% of current call volume.
Xuereb also utilizes Super for PX Enterprises, his real estate company, where it is used to give clients a way to report issues, cleaning needs, and maintenance reports in a simple, app-free fashion.
What made Xuereb want to continue to expand his relationship with Super? He comes back to the paper trail and accountability. As an executive and owner across property management firms, he states: "The key benefits of Super for me are really the track record of who's answering, who's viewing, what happened, and the transcripts. When a client raises a complaint to the executive level, I need to investigate instead of hearsay — now, there's no more hearsay."
In addition, since rolling out Super across various companies, they are saving time on calls they'd have to triage themselves. Xuereb adds: "The results with Tristar made me want to expand to other companies — 48% of all the calls that came in weren't really emergencies. In the past, those were things we had to pick up the call for."
