If you are an existing Super customer and ready to sync with Slack, follow these steps:‍

  1. For the Slack channel you want to send notifications to, open "View channel details"
  2. Click on "Integrations" and "Send emails to this channel"
  3. Copy the email address for that channel
  4. Login to Super‍
  5. Navigate to Agents > Actions
  6. Select the handoff scenario, and add the Slack email address to notify
  7. Save the handoff scenario, and apply to as many unique scenarios as you wish
