If you are an existing Super customer and ready to activate,Ā follow these steps:ā€

  1. Login to Superā€
  2. Navigate to Settings >Ā Integrationsā€
  3. Enter an Yardi login credential to be securely stored. Note: The login credential must have permissions to access reports, create work orders, and create guest cards.
  4. Also provide a "fallback" property address that is in Yardi for cases when a property match cannot be foundĀ (e.g. 123 Corporate Property).Ā This ensures that when a property cannot be matched or found, we can still create the record.
