Intent recognition improves with scenario classification updates
The system now scores each caller turn against your set of scenario context — so that it can help decipher between a new leasing request vs a leasing renewal inquiry vs a rental management question. The result is more accurate routing to the right scenario agent. You can also see the AI's reasoning turn-by-turn in the call view, so it's clear why a call was handled the way it was.
We've validated and refined a validation framework for classification that looks at previous turn context, ranks between scenarios, rates confidence, keyphrase detection, and requires both a minimum confidence threshold and gap between scenarios.
Language switching improvements
We have reinforced that the voice language selection always matches the language of the text response, so that there can never be a mismatch between voice selection and response language. Language switches are also more deliberate: the AI has additional guardrails to change languages when the caller genuinely requests it, so a stray word or a bit of background noise won't flip the conversation unexpectedly.
Settings updates
Staff schedule management has a clearer way to mark someone as unavailable, and copying actions preserve previous staff and role @ mentions. In addition, suppressed messages now leave a footprint for hitting the suppression rule in the activity feed, so you know why the AI did not respond.
Our Rentvine integration now pulls active properties to improve fallback property selection when there's no match found verbally.
Leasing flow improvements
Scheduling a tour on the phone gets improvements, including the addition of a fallback link when no available matching listing is found. In addition, listings that are for sale are now synced via web sync—not just rentals.
Our ShowMojo partnership gets ready for prime time with the ability for leads and call outcomes to flow between ShowMojo and Super, so that both systems stay in step with each other and their outreach sequence.
