Structured actions editor
- Building action rulesis now faster and more precise. Instead of free-text descriptions interpreted by AI, you now add contact info and @mention specific staff members or roles directly when composing an action.
- Push integrations can be conditionally selected within an action group. For example, route to a new work order vs. an existing one depending on what the caller describes — configured directly in the rule builder.
- The rule builder catches incomplete rules before you save. When a handoff has two or more groups, every group requires a "when" condition before saving.
Human detection for outreach calls
- Outreach agents have a skill now to tell the difference between a voicemail and a human who went quiet. Confirmed callers who go silent mid-call get a normal goodbye — not the voicemail script.
Hangup detection handling
- When a caller hangs up before saying anything, customers can now set their accounts to skip sending the post-call SMS and post-call actions.
Under the hood
These don't change how you use Super, but they make everything more reliable:
- Fixed the handoff editor opening with an empty Group 1 on existing rules. Hydration now reads the correct field from the API response.
- Fixed a race condition where the editor could load before contacts were ready, leaving groups blank.
