Fewer calls slip to voicemail
- Your AI now talks its way past call screeners instead of leaving a message. When a call is picked up by an automated screener — the "please state your name and reason for calling" kind — when voicemail detection is enabled, we also bundle in call screening logic to respond and attempt to get past the screener.
- Tested with iOS, Android, and Google Voice screeners, this detection aims to ensure calls have a better chance of being accepted.
Clearer transfer and handoff summaries
- Transfer summaries now identify role groups and who was reached or didn't accept in email and SMS notifications. We identify the role, who was in it, and whether anyone was reached.
Better-formatted work order summaries
- Rentvine work orders now read more clearly wherever they show up. Work order descriptions pushed out of Super now use the same clean, consistently formatted layout as the rest of your summaries — easier to scan whether you're viewing them in Rentvine or in a linked record.
Knowledge bases scoped to property groups.
- Knowledge bases can be assigned to property groups, not just individual properties or account-wide, providing more control over what your AI knows, and for which properties.
Under the hood
These don't change how you use Super, but they make things more stable behind the scenes.
- More reliable internal sync tooling. Authentication for our internal knowledge-sync pipeline was hardened, reducing the chance of sync hiccups touching your account.
