Property groups and outbound reporting

Creating property groups

• We've created a new data model for property groups, which allows for properties to be associated in a group
• Property groups can be created, edited, and managed (syncing from PMS coming next)
• Property groups can be applied to scenarios and actions to define agent behavior and handoffs

Reporting for outbound

• Exporting call records via CSV include call direction, whether inbound or outbound
• Foundational work for additional reporting, including tracking outbound call goals (e.g. "meeting booked" or "tour scheduled")
